Pre-Planning

Lake View's goal is to offer a payment structure that allows anyone interested in pre-planning to do so. If your family is making pre-arrangements, there are a few payment options available that lock in today's price for future use. One option is for the agreement to be paid in full. The other option is for the contract to be completed on a payment program. With a 20 percent down payment, the balance of the contract can be paid interest-free over 24 to 48 months, depending on the arrangements.
