Congratulations to Zach Fennell of South Euclid! In 2015, Zach, who has Cerebral Palsy, chose to walk A Run Through History- his first ever 5K! This year, on a new and more difficult course, he improved his time by nearly four minutes! Zach is proud to be a voice for the Cerebral Palsy community, and we are inspired by his focus and determination. To learn more about Zach, and his projects supporting the Cerebral Palsy community, including a memoir: Off Balanced, visit www.zacharyfenell.com.
Cleveland Heights firefighter Joshua Allen inspired everyone at A Run Through History when he chose to run the race in full fire gear- weighing in at over 50 pounds! An avid runner and certified personal trainer, Josh chooses to participate in races in full gear for conditioning, and to honor fellow emergency responders. Josh placed 5th in his age division, with an impressive time of 29:44.4. We thank Joshua for his service and congratulate him on a great race!
